It's a very nice German site (but with some English). This is part of a BOM called Flower Power. I really like the looks of it. Never really tried paper piecing. So I had to try it. There is also a good free tutorial for this technique.
I think for my first try it's not bad. Used a lot of scraps. The pattern is for a 8 x 8 inch finished block. I copied the pattern 25 % enlarged and my block is 10 x 10 inches (10 1/2 x 10 1/2 unfinished). Perfect!
I can't wait to make some more.
Each month's pattern is free for one month and when the new month is posted the "old" pattern is available for 2 Euros (PayPal). The pattern arrives within minutes in your email. I wished I had known about all of this earlier! I found June on the 30th, printed it but didn't safe it because I didn't realize. The next day it was gone. Oh well. So I bought some of them. This is January! Can't wait to make the others!
